Prescriptions and Medications Delivery 

• Medicines are shipped once payment for the prescription has been received by the pharmacy.  On receipt of a new prescription from a Care Oncology doctor, Echemist will generate an invoice for the order and this will be sent to you as an email, using the email address entered on your Medical Questionnaire.   
• Please check spam/junk folders to ensure the email hasn’t been withheld.
• Payment is preferred via a secure payment link which is included on the same email as the invoice. Should you prefer to pay by debit or credit card over the telephone this is also possible – please telephone the pharmacy on 01923 296785. On receipt of payment, the prescription order will be sent to you via courier. For payments received by 14:00 Monday to Thursday, this is a next day service for patients residing within the UK (excluding Wales, Northern Ireland & Scotland).  
• The delivery service is tracked and requires a signature upon receipt. The courier will send you regular text messages to keep you updated as to where your package is, however, this is only possible if we have your mobile phone number. For International customers, tracking information will be sent by email. 
• Prescriptions paid by 14:00 on Friday are usually delivered on the Monday of the following week. Saturday delivery is available at an additional postage cost. Same day delivery is also available at an additional postage cost if payment is received before 12 noon. For Saturday or same day requests, please check additional postage costs with Echemist directly.
